Lunch Club

at the Irish Centre, Reading.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 o'clock for lunch (£4.50pp).

Monday - lunch, seated yoga, monthly films and quizzes.

Wednesday and Friday - lunch, raffle and bingo.

The Lunch Club is a chance for our older citizens to get out, to meet people and to enjoy a hot meal.

The Hibernain Society currently offer a range of welfare services including chiropody and hairdressing.

In the future, we hope to include a hand massage service.

The Lunch Club members are looking forward to a 'Tinsel 'n Turkey' weekend in Bournemouth in November.

Each 'month' introduces a member of the Lunch Club and offers us a window into their life.

Each calendar costs £5 (plus P&P). All proceeds of the sale subsidise Lunch Club activities.

The Hibernian Society Events 2017

 

We hold regular quizzes at the Irish Centre - check back here for future dates.

We hold an Annual Summer Tea Dance at the English Martyrs's Church Hall, Reading.

The Hibernian Society Annual Golf Day 2017 will take place at Calcot Golf Club, on the 15th September. We can promise a great day out, and some very special prizes, including the much-coveted Hibernian Society Cup!
